FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Everything people usually ask before starting a project with us.

Pricing

How much does a project cost?

It depends on scope, complexity, and which engagement model fits best. A focused automation or integration project starts smaller than a full custom platform or ERP build. We scope the work and give you a clear quote before anything starts, so there are no surprise costs along the way.

Which engagement model should we choose?

If your requirements are well defined, Fixed-Price gives you cost certainty upfront. If scope is still evolving, Time & Material lets us adapt as we learn. For ongoing needs, IT Staff Augmentation or a dedicated Offshore Development Center extends your own team. We'll recommend the right fit once we understand what you're building — see our full engagement models.

Process

What does your development process look like?

Four stages: Discover & Plan (mapping your goals and workflows into a prioritized backlog), Design & Prototype (architecture and UX validated with you before we write production code), Agile Sprints (two-week cycles that ship working software with a demo at the end of each), and Deploy & Iterate (we launch, then keep improving based on real usage). You see working progress every two weeks, not just at the end.

How long does a typical project take?

A focused automation or integration project usually takes a few weeks. A full custom platform or ERP build typically runs longer, depending on scope. We give you a realistic timeline once we've scoped the work together in the Discover & Plan phase — not a guess before we understand the problem.

Can you work with the systems we already have, or does everything need to be rebuilt?

Most of our work connects to what you already have rather than replacing it — your existing ERP, POS, spreadsheets, or third-party tools. We build the integrations and automation layer on top, so you keep what works and fix what doesn't.

Technical

What technologies do you use?

We pick the stack that fits the problem rather than forcing one technology on every project. That typically means custom web platforms, AI and machine learning models, workflow automation and integrations, AI-powered ERP systems, and cross-platform mobile apps built with Flutter for a single codebase across iOS and Android.

Do we own the code and our data?

Yes. What we build is yours — source code, data, and documentation. We don't lock you into a proprietary platform you can't take elsewhere.

Support

Do you offer support after launch?

Yes. Beyond the initial build, we offer Managed Services for full ongoing ownership, SLA/Milestone-based support for defined response times, or lighter-touch maintenance — whatever matches how hands-on you want to be after launch.

Getting started

How do we get started?

Book a call or send us a quick message about what you're trying to build. We'll ask a few questions to understand your goals, then follow up with next steps — no lengthy sales process.
